Link your Aadhaar with Aadhaar !



A day spent well,successfully  linked my bank account ,insurance policy, mutual funds,mobile number ,paytm etc... even linked my Aadhaar number with Aadhaar number ... :)

My friends where saying that supreme court will extend the deadline and we will get more 3 months ,but me knowing me very well decided to complete the task before I will become the real me :)

Iam sure you will know that there is a case against this in supreme court ,asking Aadhaar not to be made Mandatory ,but what iam not sure is if you know that ,the advocates who are arguing the case need an Aadhaar to even pursue the case ... cant believe ??? let me explain

The Bar Council of India has made Aadhaar compulsory for all the members who register with it.,as we know registration with the Bar Council is mandatory for practising as lawyer..

This means that the advocates who are arguing the case to make Aadhaar not mandatory, have to mandatorily give their Aadhaar registration to continue arguing in the case. ...If they don’t have Aadhaar registration with them they can’t argue against Aadhaar registration... :)

Even for Judges Aadhaar I believe is going to be mandatory,which means the judge who is going to give the judgement on Aadhaar has to have an Aadhaar :)

Currently rumors in lobby of parliament is that TDP MPs who quit from the government yesterday actually where asked to resign as they did not  have an Aadhaar number ...though govt. will deny it vehemently  :)

Did you know that the decision to make Aadhar must  was taken by the Law Ministry based on a recommendation by the Home Ministry. A little birdie says that Home Ministry made the recommendation following a suggestion by the Defence Ministry, which itself was acting on a policy note given by the PMO. The PMO had come up with the note after it received several petitions from various Ministries, including Law, Home and Defence..... :)

Meanwhile a court  has given a judgement that a marriage is null and void if the marriage registration did not have Aadhaar number ...I quickly started enquiring about address and the name of judge so that I can go there with my marriage certificate :)

After this verdict I believe  matrimony  sites  have advised their ‘clients’ to upload only Aadhaar-compliant Horoscopes.  Soon  astrologers will provide value add   services to figure out whether the Aadhars of prospective grooms and brides match. ....

Well the intent of government is clear Aadhaar is not mandatory except on occasions when it is mandatory.....

Last year when this was mandated for even getting a death certificate ,Sashi Tharoor's tweet was headlines in the  news papers which read ......  'Die An Aadhaar day' :)

Don't forget to link your Aadhaar with Aadhaar :)

Yesterday I was travelling from Bengaluru to Mumbai and had to take an Indigo flight. I had  completed crash courses in Karate,Kungfu,Taikonde,Kalaripaitu,Silambattam  even in Mujra never know which one will come handy ... Ek,Do, Teen,Chaar & a PUNCH :)

I was born and bought up in Chennai ,though I studied in KV the only hindi word that time I or most of my friends   knew was “Jai Hind” and only hindi song we knew was “Jana, gana, mana...”.  Many years later only I came to know that even that was not hindi.  We started liking Hindi after   Tezaab movie I was 10years old then. That’s when almost everyone in Tamilnadu would have learnt one, two, three in hindi ek, do, teen...When we saw madhuri dance, all of us immediately understood that Hindi was the best language,Hindi humara mathrbasha hain J _ !  How we wished Madhuri to be our teacher! She made learning so easy … J Before Tezaab happened, we used to watch a hindi film only on a Saturday evening which will be shown on Doordarshan.And also some hindi we get to hear were from black and white news reels played in the theatres before every movie.  I was told that screening them was compulsory in those days.Mostly Gandhi ji used to walk in fast mode in those reels . A 'cooker' (i)n me !

      Kitchen is the most important room in the house. Our lifespan is decided here. A right portion in wrong quantity or wrong portion in right quantity can rest you in the restroom for the rest of the day. I have a dubious record of setting fire to my house ,twice I did when I was less than 7 years ,since then I was never allowed to even light a match box at home, I was even barred from entering kitchen, however,  my love for Jaggery and Horlicks couldn't stop me find my way into the kitchen . During the course if anything was broken, I was the one who will be  invariably summoned. If the stove didn't burn, my mother will look at me like  its  you???. ..So much so that even if  a fire engine entered near my area , ..my father would ask ..Got anything to say????  So I never got a chance to cook anything ...apart from stories ;).... It continued till my first marriage. ... I mean my only marriage!            Some of my friends cook a bit but talk a lot...
